Winston-Salem reunion planned

April 28, 2018 by

A decade ago, members of Parkland High School’s graduating class of 2008 received their diplomas, and they will soon be coming back together in Winston-Salem to celebrate and catch up with one another.

The occasion will be held in the Winston-Salem Marriott, and the doors will open for check-in at 5:00 pm. Guests can socialize and reminisce, and this will be followed by the formal program for the evening.

Those who attend the function will be able to enjoy a sit-down plated meal, and this will be accompanied by entertainment provided by Brandon Lucas, along with his band. At 8:00 pm, there will be a special presentation, and then the former students can take to the dance floor. Both valet parking and a cash bar will be available, and a block of rooms in the hotel is on offer for a special rate.

The first 50 tickets come with a bottle of wine, and each person who purchases a ticket will receive a grab bag and entry to the social hour. A printer will be able to work with the planners of an event like this to design custom T-shirts and other promotional products to distribute during the festivities.

This opportunity for former classmates to gather has been planned for Saturday, June 16. Further details are available on its online event listing.
