Gala set to get going in Tacoma

October 15, 2013 by

The Gala Mystique is a fundraising initiative designed to celebrate the expansion, evolution, and progress of the Tacoma Art Museum, and the funds raised will be used to expand the museum’s award-winning educational programming. Poster printing might have been used to spread the word about this special gala event to people in this community and the surrounding regions.

The evening is set to be filled with elegance and enchantment, and offers a traditional formal evening with plenty of opportunity for guests to socialize with each other. Tom Douglas, who received the James Beard Aware as an ‘outstanding restaurateur’, will provide a meal as guests pass the tray of appetizers and enjoy the interactive chef attended stations spread around the museum, as well as the fine wines, beer, and other spirits.

Valet parking is included in the cost of the tickets, so guests who do not intend to drink alcohol can simply drive up and leave their vehicle to be parked. All guests should enter through the front doors of the museum. Celebratory cocktail attire is being encouraged in the name of having a good time.

Tickets for this evening are $250 per person, and the event will be happening on Saturday, October 19 at the Tacoma Art Museum, front entrance, located at 1701 Pacific Avenue in Tacoma, Washington. To check out the cocktail times, find out more about the event, or to purchase tickets, please visit the Tacoma Art Museum’s website or call Caitlin Keely at 253-272-4258, extension 3057.
