The Northwest Flower and Garden Show is taking place in Seattle over five days next week.

The theme of this year’s event is ‘Art in Bloom’ and it will feature several garden showcases. It also is set to have a floral competition, a treasure hunt for kids, a Play with Friends interactive family area, and more than 120 seminars. Seminars will have topics such as ‘Gardening 101: Form, foliage, flowers’, ‘Serenity by design’, ‘Cooking with cast iron’, and ‘Backyard makeover’. There will be sessions for every skill level, and a book signing station will be hosted by University Book Store.

In addition, the marketplace is expected to feature over 350 merchants. They will be selling everything related to gardening, the home, and backyard design. It is also going to contain a vintage garden market.

No doubt organizers of this popular annual event have been advertising it widely in Seattle and nearby communities such as Redmond. Local printing companies are often called upon to provide marketing products such as posters and flyers, which can be easily and quickly distributed throughout a wide area.

The Northwest Flower and Garden Show will be held at the Washington State Convention Center from February 5 to 9. Tickets are $17 for adults, $5 for youth, and free to children age 12 and under. Admission for adults is only $10 after 3:00 PM each day. A five-day pass is $70 and a two-day pass is $31.
