Ornamental workshop on its way

December 9, 2012 by

A special workshop next weekend has been designed to give the entire family the chance to come out and create a unique Christmas ornament that they can hang on their own Christmas tree once they return home. This holiday course will enable each person in attendance to create and decorate six special holiday ornaments.

The ‘Holiday Ornaments to Create and Decorate’ workshop is geared towards anyone over the age of five and it will take approximately one hour to complete the six different types of ornaments being worked on during this session. There are no set hours for this workshop, as it is a drop-in event where guests can join in at any time between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

This workshop is being held in a home-based studio and there will be signage, perhaps produced by local print companies, to assist people with finding the location. Guests must sign up online in order to participate, or they can send an email if that is easier for them. After completing this workshop, each person will have six new ornaments for their Christmas trees at home, plus it is a great way to spend quality time with family or friends, as well as to meet new people.

The cost for this function is $25 per person and $5 for each additional member of the same family. The workshop will be held on Saturday, December 15, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Studio H located at 21407 NE 42nd Street in Sammamish, Washington, just a local drive from Issaquah. To register, please visit the Studio H website or call 425-868-5095.
