Cancer care in Colorado will be the focus of a conference that will be held near Broomfield, and the organizers have put out a call looking for area businesses and organizations that wish to lend it their financial support.

The Colorado Cancer Coalition will be hosting its annual symposium, which will include workshops, networking sessions, an address by keynote speaker Wendy S. Harpham, M.D. Many members of the public, as well as healthcare professionals and others in the field, are expected to participate, which means that sponsors will have an opportunity to have their name and branding seen by a large group of people.

The organizers have made several levels of sponsorship available, and they each come with a set of benefits. Platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels are available, as are Presenting Sponsorships and underwriter sponsorships for the keynote speaker and other special events that will be held.

In an effort to help bring the Colorado cancer care community together, the event’s planners have included a limited number of exhibitor tables for community service and not-for-profit groups. These will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A local printer can supply an assortment of branded promotional products that can be given out during a function such as this

The conference has been planned for October 18 to 20 in the DoubleTree by Hilton Denver in Westminster. Tickets, as well as additional details for sponsors and exhibitors, can be found on its website.
