President John F. Kennedy would have turned 100 years-old on May 29. In order to celebrate this, there are several events taking place in Washington, DC.

The We the Party People – JFK 100 celebration is taking place next month, hosted by Brightest Young Things.

There is bound to be something for everyone at this special event. Music will be provided by the Purity Ring DJ Set featuring Megan James. There will be an open bar, outdoor terrace, photo booth, and Instagram printer. Strolling performers will entertain, while there will also be face painting, caricature drawing, and a scavenger hunt.

There will also be several talks during the evening. These will include Claire Jerry who will discuss ‘JFK: a new speaker for a new generation’, and Shannon Perick who will showcase ‘JFK through the lens of Richard Avedon’. In addition, there is set to be a display of Jackie Kennedy Onassis’s clothing, jewelry, and accessories.

Organizers of this event may choose to invest in the brochure printing services from a favorite Washington, DC print company to help advertise in the area.

The We the Party People – JFK 100 celebration will be held at the National Museum of American History on July 1 from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. Admission is $45 until tomorrow, June 25, $55 on the week of the celebration and $65 at the door. To learn more, visit the Eventbrite page.
