A day of activities have been planned for Bend that will raise money to help ensure all local children have a healthy start in life.

The Grin and Bear It run will include both 5 kilometer and 10 kilometer options, as well as a 1 mile family Fun Run. Participants in the 5k and 10k event can choose to run or walk the route, which both begins and ends at the Les Schwab Amphitheater. It winds its way through the areas along the banks of the Deschutes River and also Farewell Bend Park.
