Hohokus area fundraiser planned for animals in need

May 12, 2018 by

Hohokus animal lovers can add to their jewelry box while helping to support an organization that provides a lifeline to animals with no place to call home.

A special upcoming jewelry sale will serve as a fundraiser for Caring About the Strays (C.A.T.S.) , and the proceeds will be utilized in paying for supplies, medical care and food for the animals in its charge. Open to the public, the event offers lots of items to browse through.

The jewelry on offer will range from costume-style jewelry to vintage, trendy and silver pieces. Admission is free, and as it will be a special event, the sale will be held outdoors in the parking lot of the C.A.T.S. resale shop. Signage and other promotional products for a fundraiser like this can be sourced from a local printer.

The planners of the occasion have put out a call to local animal lovers who have items they would like to donate to the cause. Anyone who has jewelry they would like to contribute can drop it off at the shop. Those who do will know that every cent raised will be used to help strays in the area.

This opportunity for the members of the public to add to their jewelry collections at a bargain price while helping to save an animal’s life will be taking place on June 2 at 80 Kinderkamack Road in Westwood. The C.A.T.S. website can be consulted for more information.
