Cider to take pride of place during Oakland event

March 12, 2017 by

California is making a name for itself among cider lovers, and an event has been planned for Oakland that will give people a chance to sample what they have to offer.

The NorCal Cider Classic, which is being held in support of California Association of Cider Makers, will give those who take part an opportunity to sample some of the different versions of the apple-based beverage that are brewed in the state. There will also be food, and since only a limited number of tickets will be made available, those who come out will be able to talk on a one-on-one basis with company owners and makers of cider from across California.

Each person who participates will receive a specially designed tasting glass which they can use to try up to eight of the different ciders that will be on tap. Promotional drinkware for a special occasion such as this can be both designed and produced by a printing company.

The evening has been planned for April 21st at 55 Harrison Street in Oakland. Pre-release, early purchase and standard admission tickets are available, and donations to support the organization will also be greatly appreciated.

Anyone who would like to buy their tickets for this celebration of all things cider, or who wants to find out more information, is invited to visit the organizer’s Facebook page.
