An upcoming clinic will give people in Brentwood an opportunity to have their four-legged friend vaccinated without breaking the bank.

The Furry Friends Food Relief Program, which offers food and other assistance to pet owners who are experiencing financial hardship, will be hosting the event.

Along with the vaccines, low-cost microchipping and flea treatment services and also free deworming will be offered. In addition to all of this, pet food will be available at no cost to those who need a helping hand. The activities will be staffed by volunteers.

Those who plan on making use of these services will need to bring along an ID that shows they live in Contra Costa County, as well as their pets’ vaccine records and certificate that shows they were spayed or neutered, if they have them. The monies raised through the clinic will be used to help fund upcoming vaccination events. Ad specialties can be used to promote a not-for-profit group such as this throughout the local area.

This low-cost pet care function will be held at 1300 Central Blvd #E in Brentwood, starting at 10:00 am. Registration will end once 80 people have signed up or at 11:00 am, whichever comes first.

Anyone who would like to learn more about the clinic or Furry Friends Food Relief Program is invited to visit its website.
