The 35th annual Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival is taking place over two days next month.

The festival attracts some of the most well-known jazz and R & B musicians from around the world. This year is no different; among the acts confirmed to appear at the 2017 festival are Spyro Gyra, Ronnie Laws, Roy Ayers, Euge Groove, The Rippingtons, and Tom Browne.

In addition, there will be a market that will be selling general merchandise and arts and crafts items such as handmade jewelry, clothing, and ceramics. Food and drink will also be available for purchase.

VIP tickets are available for $200 for both days. These include access to a private lounge, a discount on bar drinks, private restrooms, free nonalcoholic refreshments, and seating in the first 10 rows. Reserved seating is also available for $40 per day or $80 for both days. General admission tickets are $30 for a day or $60 for two.

Official souvenirs such as posters and T-shirts will be available for purchase, no doubt ordered from a favorite Norfolk printing company.

The Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival will be held at Town Point Park from July 14 to 15 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM each day. To find out more about this year’s lineup and find more information, visit the event website.
