Maryland company recognized for superior customer service

The Angie’s List Super Service Award for the home service industry has recently been given to the Thompson Creek Company for the fifth year in a row.

The Thompson Creek Company has its headquarters in Lanham, Maryland and a manufacturing plant in Upper Marlboro.

The award is given to those professionals in the service industry who have kept exceptional service reviews and ratings on Angie’s List for the past year. Angie Hicks, the founder of Angie’s List, added that those service providers that receive this award are of the highest quality and deserve to be recognized for their exemplary and trustworthy customer service sustained over considerable time – not just this year.

There are strict eligibility requirements to be named as a winner for the Angie’s List Super Service Award. A company’s ratings must be an “A” for overall grade and during the review period. They also need to pass a background check, be in good standing with Angie’s List, follow the operational guidelines of the List, and record a current trade license attestation.

President and CEO of Thompson Creek, Rick Wuest, expressed his pride in his hardworking and dedicated team for earning this award for the fifth year in a row.
