Easter will be hopping for Temecula teens

This Easter, Temecula teens will be able to participate in a special egg hunt that has been planned with them in mind.

The city will once again be hosting its Teen Night Light Egg Hunt, and it promises to be a fun night for all those who take part. Local youth are encouraged to gather their friends together and come out for an after dark search for the eggs that will be hidden throughout the city’s Kent Hintergardt Memorial Park.

A variety of prizes will be up for grabs during the event, and these include everything from candy to gift cards, and even a TV. Along with the egg hunt, there will be music, dancing, and an assortment of other activities.

The event is slated to start at 8:00 pm, and the searching for the Easter treats will start at 8:30 pm. The organizers noted that those who participate will be eligible to receive some of the community service hours that they may need as part of their school program. A local printer will be able to supply banners and a variety of other decorations that can be used during this type of community celebration.

March 18 has been chosen as the date for this “egg-citing” occasion. The Temecula city website includes more information about the function for anyone who is interested in finding out more.
