A fundraising luncheon will soon be taking place in Tacoma that will make life a little bit brighter for childen in the foster care system, while also helping to ensure they all have a loving family to call their own.

This will be the first ever Pierce County From Hope to Home Luncheon, and its organizers are hoping that the community will be generous in its support of its kids in need.

Guests are encouraged to bring along their friends, colleagues, families and anyone else who they think may wish to help, and there is no charge to register. Those who attend are asked to make a monetary contribution in an amount that is comfortable for them, but the minimum suggested donation is $150.00.

In an effort to maximize the impact of this festive occasion, Amara is seeking sponsorships and other assistance from members of the local community. Table captains are also being sought, and the organizers have provided more information about this for anyone who may be interested. An assortment of promotional products can be prepared to give out as door prizes and swag during a function like this.

October 30 has been chosen as the date for this function that will help bring hope to kids in the foster care system. More details can be found on the Amara website.
