Tesseract Theatre Company offers diverse shows

St. Louis’s Tesseract Theatre Company has announced its schedule for the 2017-2018 season.

The company was founded in 2010, and had its first season in 2014. The mission of the theater is to offer diverse works to St. Louis theatergoers and to provide a home to St. Louis artists.

The season opens with ‘Coupler’, by Meredith Dayna Levy. The title refers to the device used to couple railroad cars together, which is fitting since the romantic comedy takes place in the last car of the Northern Line, one of the routes of the London Underground.

Next up is ‘Cold’, by Ben Jolivet, about a couple who are waiting for the outcome of an operation on their daughter. ‘Purple Heart City’ by Taylor Gruenloh is the third play on the schedule, and examines the struggles of Daniel, who is forced to return to his mother’s house. The final play of the season is Kevin D. Ferguson’s ‘Spinning Jenny’, about a girl named Jenny who has to decide between her life in a carnival or taking a step into a larger world.

All the play will be performed at the .ZACK Arts Incubator in Grand Center on Locust Street. The season starts in September, with dates and times of the shows available on the theater’s website.

Enterprises like this can benefit if management works with a brochure printing company, which can create brochures describing the season’s offerings.
