Michael Jackson extravaganza comes to Austin

For many die-hard Michael Jackson fans out there, a chance to see Cirque du Soleil’s “The Immortal” would be a once in a lifetime event. That opportunity will be right on the doorstep of Round Rock residents this June, however, as the performance comes to Austin, Texas.

The show consists of a variety of different artistic physical talents such as acrobatics and a score of Michael Jackson songs and remixes, all played along to a creative backdrop of imaginative scenes pertaining to the song currently being played.

Cirque du Soleil, or Circus of the Sun, has been a major artistic series of shows since its first tour in 1984. Back then, they were only traveling around Quebec with a small band of performers but, over time, the circus has grown and adopted several different ideas and special shows. “The Immortal” is probably the most famous of these today.

The sheer number of fans that are likely to consistently buy tickets for this show have printing companies hard at work to provide different methods of advertizing for the opening of the show. Flyer printing will be a profitable practice as it may be the easiest and most effective method for the Cirque du Soleil to spread the word of “The Immortal” to fans all around the world.

The show is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 15th, at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas. Ticket prices are $50 for Category 3, $80 for Category 2, $125 for Category 1, $175 for Premium tickets, and $250 for VIP passes that will include an exclusive gift, the best seats in the show, a souvenir lanyard, and a souvenir program.
