Work begins on Irving medical facility

Ground was recently broken in Irving for a new medical office.

The PM Realty Group, which is based in Houston, is developing a new 58,000 square-foot facility to house medical offices. The building was designed by GSR Andrade, and the contractor on the project is MYCON General Contractors.

The office building is located on the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center campus, which is on MacArthur Boulevard. The building is next door to the Baylor Scott & White hospital in Irving, which offers 296 beds.

Although the completion date is months away, about 80% of the space in the new building has already been leased. Among the tenants are the Pure Dermatology Center, Touchstone Imaging, Dallas Nephrology Associates, Arlington Orthopedic Associates, and the HealthTexas Provider Network.

Cindy Schamp is the president of the Irving centre. She said that the demand for health services is continually rising, and the new campus will allow residents easy access to several specialists and medical professionals all located in the same area, and close to the hospital. The proximity should make it easier for everyone to get the care they need with a minimum of travel.

The building should be finished by Fall 2018.

Facilities like this offer many choices, so managers might want to work with a brochure printing company to help explain what is available, and where the services are located.
