CureFest all day music festival in Humble

August 17, 2013 by

The CureFest 2013 country music legend festival will take place this Saturday, August 17th at the Humble Civic Center and Arena Complex in Texas. It will offer all-day live music across two stages featuring a dozen bands, inflatable moonwalks, face painting and obstacle courses for children to enjoy, and food vendors. A classic cars display will also be included along with silent and live auctions.

The annual festival is a fundraiser benefiting brain cancer research. All of the proceeds are donated to the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston to complement the research performed by Drs. Frederick Lang and Charles Conrad.

Various vendors will have booths offering many types of goods, crafts, food, beverages and other items. For large festivals, print companies are often contracted to provide services. Vendors require banner printing as the banners are used in their booths to note the company name and what is being offered. Poster printing is also a major contributor to marketing events to the public.

John Michael Montgomery, country music legend, is a headliner for the festival. Montgomery has 36 hit singles, 18 albums and 15 number one hits and due to his incredible popularity is believed to be a major attraction to help raise funds for the organization.

Daytime ticket prices for the festival, which starts at 11:00 am, are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. Children under 5 years of age are free. Concert tickets start at $25.00. More details and contact information is available on the Curefest website along with ticket sales.
