Allen-Fairview Chamber provides networking opportunities

October 1, 2012 by

Members of the Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce are getting a first-rate chance to start October off on a high note with a networking event taking place right at the beginning.

As far as chamber-sponsored events go, the local business community can’t go wrong checking into Tuesday Morning Live. Starting bright and early at 7:30 am on the 2nd of October, this regular meet-up represents a fantastic chance to form connections over some great food. This initial meeting is being hosted at 5th Street Pizza and is going to give decision makers a chance to interact with each other in a laid-back setting. Since everyone present will be able to give a 30 second “infomercial”, there’s plenty of opportunity for exposure here.

Set at a cost of $1 for chamber members and $7 for guests, it’s also notable in that newcomers can attend free of charge. At these prices, it makes even more sense for prospective attendees to consider getting in touch with local print companies to discuss the ins and outs of getting business card printing done ahead of time.

In addition, the Leadership Steering Committee is expected to meet a couple of days later on the 4th of October. Also taking place super early in the morning with a start time of 8:00 am, the committee will be meeting in the Chamber Boardroom.

With Tuesday Morning Live being held weekly and the Annual Golf Classic coming up as well, October already projects to be a great month for networking and generating leads.
