July 29, 2012 by

Running from tomorrow, July 30, until Tuesday, August 7, the 10th Annual Art Unraveled will take place at the Embassy Suites located at 4415 E. Paradise Village Parkway in Phoenix, Arizona. This event has workshops from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

People from around the world attend this mixed media event, where participants are offered classes in drawing, painting, collage, book binding, jewelry making, clay, journaling, and many other artistic endeavors. Each workshop at this event will carry an individual price, which can be checked out when pre-registration takes place online.

Guests can attend as many or few workshop as they like, depending on their desire to learn and create. A number of internationally renowned teaching artisans will be on hand to teach and the schedule for workshops at this event is greater than anywhere else in the region. Daily events include ‘meet the artists’, followed by workshops in various mediums. Often these workshops include slide presentations and hands-on learning. Those who register for workshops received a tote bag, featuring locations where the class is being held and assignment notes. Daily prizes are given out, with listings of winners posted each afternoon on the whiteboard in the registration area. During this event, there will be food vendors available, as well as a number of artisans selling artwork and other products and supplies.

Poster printing and digital flyer printing may have been used to promote this event to artisans and the public. For more information, or to register, please visit the Art Unraveled website or call 623-847-2215.
