Bonefish Grill plans charity event for grand opening

The Bonefish Grill will be holding grand opening ceremonies for its new location in Fayetteville this weekend, including a special charity night dinner. Proceeds of the dinner will go towards the USO North Carolina, for the Fort Bragg and Fayetteville centers.

The managing partner of the new Bonefish Grill location, Chris Turlington, could well be using a variety of printing companies to help the restaurant announce this even,t and the opening of the restaurant to the public on Monday.

Turlington said that he is excited about the restaurant’s partnership with the USO of North Carolina, as he is a member of a military family. His family has benefited personally from the USO which has also benefited many other families in the community of Fayetteville.

The special charity dinner will feature many types of fish fresh from the market with signature sauces, such as the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and the Atlantic salmon with mango sauce.

The president of the USO of North Carolina, John Falkenbury, said:

“It is always special when a new business comes into the community, partners with the USO of North Carolina, and joins us in supporting our troops and their families.”

The Bonefish Grill has a commitment to serving a unique variety of fish prepared with quality and taste. Its menu ranges from contemporary renditions of classic dishes to innovative recipes, as well as cocktails fresh from the bar. It is affiliated with Ocean Trust in an effort to ensure the sustainability of the oceans, fisheries, the environment, and wildlife.

The grand opening takes place tomorrow, January 11.
