New Maynard Office Center set to boost local economy

A long undeveloped corner in Cary has recently undergone a change for the better. The corner of Maynard Rd and James Jackson Rd now has two new office buildings, jointly known as Maynard Office Center. The two one-story buildings have what are known as garden-level offices. The smaller, 4,550 square foot building will hold two offices of equal size, while the larger building – which is 12,000 square feet – is designed for five offices of varying size.

The medical/professional buildings, once filled, will be a big boost to the economy. In addition to those employed at the new office complex, there is the domino effect on businesses already established in the area. Restaurants, service stations, office supply stores, and office cleaning companies will all gain business. Certainly, the local print companies will be one of the first to benefit, as the new tenants will all want to order brochures, stationery, and a business card printing .

Addresses for the buildings are 1720 and 1750 NW Maynard Rd. Their all-brick exteriors, with intricate detailing and colored mortar, were designed to fit seamlessly into the surrounding area. Interested parties can either purchase or lease space at the new Maynard Office Center this summer.
