Jefferson area event to take a worldview of wine

October 12, 2018 by

Jefferson wine aficionados have been invited to enjoy a crisp autumn afternoon sampling food and wines from all over the globe in afternoon event in Audubon Aquarium Plaza.

This fundraiser, which is being held in support of the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation and its efforts to encourage the growth of the state’s hospitality industry, will be held rain or shine. It will have an international theme, and each guest will be given a ‘passport’ to guide them through their exploration of globally sourced food and beverages.

A selection of wines and other spirits from the world’s various regions will be paired for the guests, and they can also purchase food that will be prepared by local chefs. Live music will help to create a relaxed atmosphere for the occasion, and the attendees can stroll through the plaza while they sip their drinks and chat with friends old and new.

To help make sure that everyone who plans on attending the celebration enjoys their experience, several ticket options are available. The public can choose a general admission or VIP pass, and there will also be a selection for those who do not plan to consume any alcohol. Both the VIP and general admission tickets include a tasting glass and samples of the beverages on offer as well as a souvenir ‘passport’. Items like these can be designed by a brochure printing company

This celebration will be occurring in New Orleans on November 3. Its website can be consulted by anyone who would like to find out more,
