New jobs are coming to Roswell, as Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is set to start its plans for expansion in Atlanta with a new store in the town.

The new location for the Krispy Kreme Doughnut Factory, will be at 10871 Alpharetta Highway.

The store here will feature the brand new outlet design, which is being trialed by the firm.

As well as comprising a new interior and exterior, there is a whole new architecture being delivered by the Krispy Kreme, as it freshens up its image.

When constructed, the store will take up 2,400 square feet and will include a drive-thru, as well as the retail counter.

Likely to open in a typical blaze of glory, banner printing will no doubt be the order of the day. Poster printing will likely cover the town too, in the run up through the coming weeks.

Talking about the plans for expansion throughout the state, the senior vice president for the company, Cindy Bay, said:

“Krispy Kreme has been in the Atlanta market for decades, and it is still incredible to see how well our brand resonates in the market.

“As Krispy Kreme continues its growth throughout the country, we are especially excited to be bringing new shops, new jobs and a number of delicious new products to this community.”

Throughout the metro Atlanta area, it is likely that as many 350 new positions will be created by early 2014.

The Roswell store is slated for opening in September and will add to the eight stores already in Georgia.
