Luau to help to raise funds for Vero Beach youth

The 36th annual Tropical Night Luau will be taking place in Vero Beach this June, with its proceeds going to support Youth Guidance.

The luau (which is a Hawaiian themed party) will feature plenty of food to eat, a cash bar, dancing, steel drums, and the music of the Brass Evolution Band. Guests are encouraged to wear tropical attire to help get them in the mood for what promises to be an excellent way to celebrate the return of summer in a fun and unique manner, while also helping raise funds for a very worthwhile organization.

Youth Guidance, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, provides mentoring and social activities for youth.

Sponsorships are available for the evening from $150 to $3,000. Sponsors will be recognized in the print program and the event invitation. They will also receive tickets to the event and to a special preview party. Organizers will probably work alongside Vero Beach printing companies to design and print the necessary promotional items, with booklets such as the program guide being reasonably inexpensive to produce and helping to give those who attend such events a souvenir of the evening.

The 2013 Tropical Night Luau will take place at the Quail Valley River Club on June 15 from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Tickets are $75 up to June 10 or $85 afterwards. Those who wish to attend or sponsor the event can call Youth Guidance at 772-770-5040 for more information.
