Jupiter gets ready for its jubilee

January 15, 2013 by

The Jupiter Jubilee is an annual community event that could be described as part business fair, part civic fair, part eco-tourism expo, and part social get-together for area residents. This year’s event will be no different and will offer something that everyone in the family can enjoy.

The event will feature local vendors showcasing and selling their latest products and services, a food court, a kids’ adventure area, entertainment of all kinds, information on living an environmentally friendly life, and exhibits from local non-profit organizations. One major area which is sure to appeal to the children will be the street chalking exhibit, which will feature a Student Chalk Zone and a Little Chalkers Zone, both of which will give children the chance to share their imaginations and creativity with the rest of the community.

The Jubilee is an excellent opportunity for local businesses and community organizations to highlight their products and services and to make themselves more widely known in the city. No doubt many of the vendors will be working with Jupiter printing companies to prepare for the annual festival. Vendors might want to draw attention to their booths with signs or banners and non-profit organizations might want to design and print informative literature that visitors can take home with them. The printing companies will be able to advise them on the best product to use.

The 11th annual Jupiter Jubilee will take place in and around the Jupiter Community Center on February 2 from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, and admission is free. For more information, call 561-741-2400.
