Popular Hollywood bar reopens

Fans of Le Tub’s burgers and beer have reason to celebrate, since the Hollywood restaurant has reopened.

Although they suffered damage from Hurricane Irma, all the repairs are finished and managers are keen to stress that they are back in business.

The restaurant is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, and its location gave rise to concerns it had been destroyed. Photos taken by concerned locals and posted online also gave the impression damage had been substantial, but a reporter quickly posted accurate photos, showing that the damage had been confined to some tables on the dockside, and that the main building was intact.

Weekend manager Michael Chandler revealed Le Tub reopened as soon as it had power, though its seating was limited to inside tables, the main bar, and outside tables on the lower deck. Other parts of the deck were closed briefly, but are now open, leaving only the parking lot to be repaired. Still, Chandler admits the rumors have hurt business, so he hastens to assure potential diners that Le Tub is waiting to serve them.

Le Tub takes its name from its d├ęcor, which features bathtubs and porcelain toilets. The restaurant is located in a converted gas station, and has been in business since 1975.

In situations like this, owners often work with a flyer printing company to create a mailer for a targeted-area mailing, announcing the resumption of business.
