Career Fair among Davie dates to remember

October 8, 2012 by

There is plenty coming up for Davie residents, with the Leadership Broward Foundation hosting a gala, a Career Fair, and a political forum featuring Cooper City’s candidates taking place in the upcoming weeks.

The printing services of brochure printers have undoubtedly been in demand with the Leadership Broward Foundation hosting ‘Signature Grand’s 2012 Profiles in Leadership Crystal Gala’ on October 13. Starting in the evening at 6:00 pm and concluding roughly five hours later at 11:00 pm, this is definitely an event worth attending. With tickets ranging from $150 to $450 in cost, the exact price point will largely depend on membership status.

Speaking of additional events for which local print companies are sure to be gearing up, the ‘Job News Career Fair’ is one being held on October 17. Centered on offering residents the chance to go face-to-face with recruiters and potential employers, this is a viable means of allowing job-seekers to explore their options. Those who are planning to be at Signature Grand for the Career Fair are being advised to come with resumes in hand.

Finally, members of the public are being invited to get involved with the political process during the ‘Cooper City Candidates’ Forum’. Being hosted October 18, there is plenty to be said for putting in an appearance here as well. It all starts in the evening at 7:00 pm at the Cooper City Hall Auditorium and is expected to highlight both the mayoral and Commission candidates. For voters who would like to make an informed decision, this discussion is definitely worthy of consideration.
