Boca Raton business owners have a productive February ahead

February 1, 2012 by

With several Leads Group meetings and a new member orientation taking place, the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce is taking things a step further for its members in February.

The major events start right away today with a presentation called “How to Network and Build New Business”. Offered at no charge, and hosted through Dale Carnegie Training, those present at this event will:

“Learn a process to build rapport with others quickly & easily
Discover some simple tips to focus on while networking
Learn to “Break the Ice”
Learn a technique to introduce yourself with impact
Build self-confidence
Learn how to end the conversation”

Since it’s being hosted at Sugar Sand Park’s Willow Theater and it’s taking place early from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, this is a workshop that’s been designed with people’s convenience in mind.

Another upcoming event that’s of interest to business owners is the South Palm Beach County Chamber Partnership miniExpo that’s scheduled for the 15th of February. This expo is an excellent opportunity for companies to get a little extra exposure for themselves. Local print companies and brochure printers should have no problems filling orders, whether the company’s looking for poster printing or business card printing.

Taking place in nearby Boyton Beach, Boca Raton professionals and entrepreneurs can register via the Greater Roca Baton Chamber website for the expo.

Between the networking and advertising opportunities, members of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce will be able to get a lot done this month.
