Representatives from many local non-profit charities here in Scottsdale will be on hand passing out brochures and flyers containing information about their organizations’ missions, services and volunteer opportunities. Other for-profit businesses will be showcasing their products and services. The Mammography mobile will be on site and will be doing scheduled mammograms.

Workshops will be discussing topics such as “Utilizing your Volunteer Base” and “Understanding Women and Philanthropy – Creating Opportunity by Utilizing Relevant Trends & Strategies.”

There will be an Outdoor Shopping Pavilion. Leaders in today’s industry will be on hand to discuss issues involving establishing and maintaining non-profits in today’s business environment. The event will also have a raffle.

Whenever events like this are held, it’s usual for guests to receive welcome bags containing promotional products, samples and discount coupons from local businesses.

Those in non-profit environments will want to remember to bring their digital business cards in order network with others in Arizona’s social services sector.
