The 21st Annual City of Roseville Mayor’s Cup golf Tournament will be coming the beginning of June.

Proceeds from the event will provide low-cost recreation programs and scholarships for local needy families.

The event will be a four-person scramble. Each golfer will receive a cart, commemorative golf shirt, swag bag, boxed lunch, and on-course beverages and food. There will be a dinner and an awards reception after the tournament. Games and tee prizes will be awarded too.

The main contest will be Crazy Fiesta Style. Participating individuals and teams will be wearing their most zany colorful outfits to win prizes.

Local businesses are donating items for the raffle, and sponsors are contributing promotional products for the swag bags too.

Sponsorships range from the Playa del Carmen $3,000 level, down to the individual golfer fee of $125. There will be sponsorships for each of the 18 holes and tee sponsors as well. Company booths along the course will have games and activities. The tee sponsors will have a sign with the company’s logo at their assigned tee.

The event program will have sponsors’ logos, and half-page and one-third-page ads. Playa del Carmen level sponsors will have the company logo on the event’s golf shirts.

The shotgun start begins at noon at the Wood Creek Golf Club, 5880 Wood Creek Oaks Blvd, Roseville on Friday, June 2. It will end at 10:00 pm.
