Reno healthcare facility to offer behind-the-scenes tour

November 4, 2017 by

Northern Nevada HOPES, which is located in Reno, will be opening its doors to members of the public who would like to get a sneak peek into what goes on in this local healthcare facility.

The institution has organized a new program that will see people offered free tours so that they can find out more about what it has to offer them. Guests will be able to see the different departments, find out more about them and what they do, and have an opportunity to ask any questions they may have.

Before the beginning of the tour, guests will be treated to coffee, and they will have a chance to meet with Sharon Chamberlain, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Northern Nevada HOPES. They will also learn more about the facility’s pharmacy, wellness clinics, primary care units, its Change Point, and also its Harm Reduction initiatives. There will be time for the group to raise any concerns or ask questions as they go. Brochures can be prepared by an area printer to hand out during an event like this.

This behind-the-scenes look at HOPES is scheduled to run on February 15, 2018 and it will run for approximately one hour. There is no charge to participate, and anyone who wants to know more has been asked to contact Chris Fegert at CFegert@nnhopes.org for further details.
