One event in the Redmond, Washington area that would make for interesting logo design, banner design, and brochure printing, is the Ananda Mela Festival, held at the Redmond City Hall campus.

Organized by the Vedic Cultural Center in Redmond, the festival will showcase and provide an opportunity to explore the Hindu culture. It is the largest one in the Pacific Northwest, and draws approximately 25,000 people every year. The event is friendly for children, as it includes activities such as pony rides and magicians.

An important part of the Bengali calendar, the festival also has all sorts of other activities, including shopping, cuisine dishes, art displays and community organization events.

The event this year includes a presentation titled ‘The Perfect Life’, which demonstrates the balance of physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Other displays at the event will focus on themes like vegetarianism, natural health and Ayurveda, which is an Indian system of medicine.

Competitive guests might be drawn in by some of the contests taking place, including those cooking, henna and rangoli (Indian art). With shopping opportunities also a part of the day, it is intended to be a celebration with an interactive focus.

The upcoming Festival in Redmond City will be held this Saturday, July 28, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, and there is no charge to attend.
