The Hyatt House Raleigh/RDU/Brier Creek, a hotel that caters largely to extended-stay visitors, recently opened.

The new facility is on Sellona Street near the Research Triangle Park, and is convenient to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Kenyatta Parker is the general manager, with Whitney Walz assuming the position of director of sales.

The hotel is an all-suite establishment with 130 accommodations. Since it caters to long-term guests, the hotel has kitchens in the suites and king-size beds. It provides a free buffet at breakfast, with fresh-baked pastries, omelets made-to-order, and a number of healthy choices such as oatmeal and fresh fruit.

Event space that can be used for corporate meetings or other types of receptions occupies 2,321 square feet, and guests can enjoy signature cocktails and mingle at the H Bar, play billiards, or spend time outdoors on the patio, where they will find a fire pit and grill. In addition, the hotel offers a fitness center open 24/7, an indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, an onsite laundry, a free shuttle, and free grocery service.

The hotel’s location makes it easy for guests to get to Cary, Morrisville, Durham, and downtown Raleigh. They are also within easy reach of the USA Baseball Training Complex, and the Durham Performing Arts Center.

Establishments like this can work with brochure printers to highlight information about their properties, and make them available in locations like airports and train stations.
