Exotic cars return to Portland for another year

The Forest Grove Concours d’Elegance car show is taking place next month in Portland. It is a presentation of the Rotary Club of Forest Grove.

The show is set to feature some of the most exotic and luxury cars from the early days up to 1990. This year, the featured car will be various classes of the Alfa Romero. The show will also feature hotrods, modified classes, customized, and dozens of other categories. All of the participating vehicles will be judged by senior judge Nigel Matthews. Trophies will be handed out in each category as well as a Best in Show award.

The Exotic Auto Emporium will be offering many pre-owned luxury cars. Other activities taking place will include a book signing by Dwight Knowlton and a musical performance by Darrell Grant and his All 4 Naught Trio.

The night before will feature a vineyard tour for car owners. They will visit the Oregon Olive Mill and Durant Vineyards. Later that day, there will be a dinner for those participating in the show at the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course.

It is likely that organizers will have contacted a Portland printing company to provide services such as logo design for printed advertisements.

The Forest Grove Concours d’Elegance will be held at Pacific University on July 15. Tickets are $17 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $5 for children between the ages of 13 and 18. Call 503-357-2300 to learn more.
