Annual festival returns to highlight Northwest food

October 26, 2017 by

The 12th annual Northwest Food and Wine Festival is taking place in Portland next month.

The festival is a showcase of regional wines, beer and spirits as well as the best available food such as oysters, seafood, chocolate and strawberries. Several prominent chefs will also be on hand to talk to the public and to provide cooking demonstrations.

There will be 60 tasting rooms and all food and drink samples are included in the price of the ticket. All guests will receive a souvenir wine glass for the tastings.

There is also set to be a number of industry booths that will be selling wine, beer and food as well as accessories. There will also be a wine judging for Best of Show Overall, Red and White.

VIP tickets are available for purchase and will include a Grand Tasting to be held one hour before the door open to the general public. This will include food and wine sampling and a Winemaker’s Talk. Ticket holders will receive a special keepsake as well as the souvenir wine glass.

Portland poster printing firms often provide posters and other printed materials to help advertise events like this one.

The Northwest Food and Wine Festival will be held at the Oregon Convention Center on November 11 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Tickets are $75 for general admission and $95 for VIP; admission is restricted to those aged 21 and over. Call 971-470-0821 to learn more.
