Pittsburgh painting workshop planned in honor of Valentine’s Day

Pittsburgh’s Kolor-N-Kiln will be hosting its very first ever Kraft Korner function, and in honor of Valentine’s Day, it will be for couples who want to craft together.

The event will see participants create either a hand-decorated pilsner or wine glass, and all the materials, and also instruction, will be included in the ticket price. Refreshments are also covered by this fee, and the organizers have planned for it to be a fun night for everyone who participates.

The couples who come to the session are welcome to bring along their own wine, beer, or other alcoholic beverage, but those who choose to do so need to be at least to 21 years of age. The workshop is open to members of the public who are 18 years or older.

The planners noted that this will be the first of a series of functions it plans on hosting, and these will involve crafting with a variety of materials, including wood, pottery, glassware and canvas. Postcard printing can be used to create marketing items that can be sent to local households to make them aware that workshops like these will be held in their area.

The ‘Vino for Valentines’ painting session will be held on both February 10 and 14, and the registration fee is $30 per couple. The Kolor-N-Kiln Pottery Studio’s website includes more information for anyone who would like further details.
