Pittsburgh fajita party fundraiser planned for this spring

Grow Pittsburgh, which is a group that advocates for community gardens and promotes their benefits, has planned a special event, and all are welcome to come out and help make it a success.

Mad Mex will be the location for the Build Your Own Fajita party. Guests can craft their own personalized fajitas using the ingredients provided, and wings, fresh salsa, guacamole, Mad Mex chips and casa salad will also be served.

There event is open to all, and any attendees who are age 21 or over will also be given a 16oz house margarita or 16oz Dos Equis draft. A dessert bar that featured Mexican brownies and soft drinks are also both included. The tickets for this Mexican feast are being offered for $45.00 each.

Proceeds will be used by Grow Pittsburgh to help it spread the word about how community gardens can be a local source of fresh food for everyone in the area, and also bring the people in a neighborhood together in pursuit of this goal.
