The Peachtree International and Super Sprint Triathlon will be held next month.

The International and Super Sprint Triathlon are both open to runners aged 12 and over, and an Aqua Bike race will also take place. Participants will compete in individual age groups or open categories.

The Triathlon International consists of a 0.93 mile swim, a 25-mile bike ride, and a 6.2-mile run. Fees are $105 per person or $140 for a group relay team of up to three. The Super Sprint is a 300-yard swim, followed by a 9-mile bike ride and a 2-mile run, for which fees are $85. The Aqua Bike race is a 0.93 mile swim and a 25-mile bike ride.

USAT (USA Triathlon) membership is required to participate in the races. Yearly memberships can be purchased for $20 for youth and $44 for adults.

After the races, all participants are invited to enjoy the shopping and other amenities available to them in the downtown area.

Any banners, bibs, and signs used by event organizers during the races will probably be provided by a Peachtree City printing company.

The Peachtree International and Super Sprint Triathlon will be held on Willowbend Drive in Peachtree City on May 6. To learn more, register for the races, or find out more about obtaining a USAT membership, visit the official race website.
