The 3rd Black Business Expo is promoting community-based economic awareness, offering internships and raising funds for multiple causes.

Local business owners, job seekers and students seeking internships after graduation are all invited to business expo. There will be workshops and networking throughout the event as well as guest speakers and musical entertainment. There will also be raffles, door prizes, and refreshments. Business and financial advisors will be in attendance to provide advice and guidance for anyone interested in becoming a business owner.

Orlando Unity Global Inc. (OUG) and Wells’ Built Museum of African American History and Culture will be the benefits of the proceeds raised at the event. OUG is a non-profit that seeks to help stabilize communities through education, unifying events, and collaborations between local businesses. Well’s Built Museum maintains memorabilia relating to the history of the African American community in Orlando.

Business owners are invited to attend and meet with students for internships. Attendees should bring business cards, brochures, and other related documents to help introduce themselves to the community. Those interested in becoming a sponsor or a vendor for the event can contact Rahsheeda Hicks at info@fauxroxproductions.com

Tickets are $10 each for the public and free for students with a valid school ID. The expo will take place on March 31 from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm at The District Event Center located at 1600 33rd Street in Orlando.
