Unique art display returns to the area

The Art All Night event is returning to Pittsburgh for its 17th year in a few weeks. Activities of all kinds will be taking place over a 22-hour period.

The event is expected to feature arts and crafts activities for children and adults, with kids’ activities also being held from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm and 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. There will be plenty of musical entertainment to enjoy, as well as an art auction, and visitors can watch the creation of a collaborative work of art. Other interactive things in which the public can take part include chalk art, a group improve, and a memory drawing workshop.

Organizers of the event are still looking for volunteers and donations to make sure that it runs smoothly.

Official merchandise is also available to help support this annual art event, which includes tote bags, pins, posters and t-shirts. No doubt many visitors, from Pittsburgh and nearby communities such as North Versailles, will want to pick up these souvenirs. Printing companies are sometimes asked to help provide souvenir items like the ones listed here.

Art All Night takes place in the Lawrenceville neighborhood from 4:00 pm on April 26 to 2:00 pm on April 27. Admission is free. To find out more about the event, to become a sponsor, or to volunteer, call 412-235-1950.
