Women’s symposium to return to Philadelphia

October 26, 2013 by

The 9th annual Women’s Health Symposium is taking place in a week’s time in Philadelphia.

The event, which is presented by the Virtual Health Foundation, will feature two famous keynote speakers: author John Gray and actress Goldie Hawn. All women who pass through the door will receive a free goodie bag packed with free samples and products.

The symposium is set to offer several breakout sessions throughout the day on topics such as the cost of cosmetics and the values of a good diet. Guests can also enjoy shopping for women’s health related items and clothing, health and wellness information booths, and free medical screenings. A number of door prizes will also be awarded at the end of the day. Those who purchase a VIP ticket for the event will have the chance to have their photograph taken with Hawn.

Vendors and those running informational booths are no doubt working with Philadelphia printing companies to prepare for the symposium. This will probably include investing in banners to highlight company names, or booklets and brochures to hand out to those who stop by for information. They might also want to purchase business cards to exchange with their fellow exhibitors, and to hand out to potential return customers.

The Women’s Health Symposium is being held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on November 2 from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Tickets are $60, which includes breakfast and lunch, while VIP tickets are $175. To find out more about the event, call 1-877-896-6267.
