Upcoming festival hopes to catch spring fever

The 15th annual Pittsburgh Arts and Crafts Spring Fever Festival is taking place in Monroeville for three days in March.

The festival will feature more than 180 arts and crafts booths. Vendors are expected to sell homemade crafts such as soft sculptures, pet accessories, clothing, jewelry, garden decor, candles, paintings and prints, baked goods, and many other handmade items.

It will be a chance for the public to pick up a unique gift for a friend or to decorate their own home and, for the artisans, it will offer much needed attention from the community.

People from all over the Pittsburgh area, including North Versailles, will no doubt flock to this popular annual event. In order to advertise an upcoming event, organizers often invest in flyer printing services from local print companies. Flyers are an inexpensive way to quickly spread the word about an upcoming show and can also be distributed in many different ways that do not add cost. For example, they can be handed out on a street corner, displayed in public buildings or hand delivered door-to-door.

The Pittsburgh Arts and Crafts Spring Fever Festival will be held at the Monroeville Convention Center from March 21 to 23. Tickets are $5.50, $5 for seniors, and $1 for children aged 6 to 12. For more information, call 724-863-4577.
