Help the American Heart Association in Hermitage

Heart disease kills more people yearly in the United States than almost any other disease and organizations such as the American Heart Association are trying to change this fact through research and various educational programs. It takes a lot of money to do this and the organization holds several fundraising events throughout the United States every year to help fund its research. One such event taking place this year is the Mercer County Heart Ball, and various nationwide Heart Balls raised over $51m for the organization in 2012.

The Ball will feature a sit-down dinner, live and silent auctions, live musical entertainment, and dancing. No doubt local companies will be donating items for the auctions, and are also likely to be letting their customers and clients know about it by designing and printing a flyer with the help of Hermitage printing companies to be distributed throughout the community. Products such as flyers distributed to every household will are bound to encourage others in the community to attend this important event. It should be a fun social evening which will be help raise much-needed funds for heart disease research and the programs offered by the American Heart Association, which strive to help people avoid the disease.

The Mercer County Heart Ball will take place at the Avalon Golf and Country Club on February 23 from 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Tickets are $100. To find out more about the event, contact Bruce Turner at 330-318-1006.
