Annual spring gala poised to help hospital

The Sharon Regional Spring Gala is taking place this May in nearby Brookfield, Ohio. It is hosted by the Sharon Region Auxiliary, which raises funds for the Sharon Regional Health System.

Guests are asked to dress in formal attire, and will be treated to a cash bar, can enjoy a sit-down dinner, and will be able to get up and dance to live music. Musical entertainment will be provided by Michael Stanley and the Resonators. The event may also give those in attendance the chance to network with local health professionals and find out more about what the hospital has to offer to the community.

The Sharon Region Health System is the largest hospital in Mercer County, as well as the major heart attack treatment hospital in the area. The Foundation holds several fundraising events throughout the year in order to support it.

Tickets and invitations for events such as these are often obtained from local stationery printers. They can then be mailed out to everyone in Mercer County, including those who live in Hermitage, for very little extra cost.

The Sharon Regional Spring Gala will take place at Tiffany’s Banquet Center on May 17, beginning at 6:30 pm. For more information, such as the price of tickets per person or how to sponsor the event, contact Ed Newmeyer at 724-983-3812.
