Live Nation Worldwide, having decided it needs more room, has made arrangements with Keystone Property Group to increase its office space.

The company, which does business under the name Live Nation Entertainment, is located at Bala Pointe Office Center in Bala Cynwyd. The company has recently announced that it will be relocating to a larger space it has leased at One Presidential Building, so it will be staying in Bala Cynwyd.

Stationery printers will no doubt enjoy a boost in sales from the company’s move. In addition to its region headquarters, the new office space will also house four of the company’s affiliates: Live Nation Arenas, Live Nation Philadelphia, Maverick, and Ticketmaster. This is sure to mean new letterheads, as well as the need for business card printing services for all executives working out of the new location.

Live Nation Entertainments new headquarters was formerly occupied by the Keystone Property Group. Live Nation has leased the 12,000 sq. ft space for 10 years. Earlier this year, Keystone had vacated its offices at One Presidential Building in favor of office space at SORA Conshohocken.

Situated at the corner of Presidential Blvd and City Lane Ave., the 130,804 sq. ft four-story building was built in 1956 to serve as headquarters for Gulf Oil. In 2006, Keystone Properties acquired the building and began renovations to bring the building up to code, update the décor, and make it energy efficient.
