Steve Bellone to speak to Chamber January 26th

December 31, 2011 by

The Smithtown Chamber of Commerce will be holding its next major event January 26th, 2012.

Taking place at the Smithtown Elks Club, local business owners have a chance to come down at noon and hear what Steve Bellone of Suffolk County has to say.

Even before he was elected as the county executive, Mr. Bellone had a proven history of working hard to foster a local environment that can attract businesses. Having served as town supervisor in Babylon, Mr. Bellone also demonstrated a commitment to fiscal responsibility in government and debt reduction. There’s no question that he’ll continue to build on this track record as the Suffolk County Executive. With Steve Bellone officially taking office on the January 1st, 2012, Smithtown professionals will undoubtedly be interested in hearing what he has to say.

As to the meeting location, Smithtown Elks Club is already fairly well known around town. Found on Edgewood Avenue, this venue has the perfect combination of comfort and class. Featuring such services as on-site catering and a visually stunning banquet room, it goes without saying that the event’s location will enhance the experience more than anything else.

Keeping the keynote speaker and the excellent meal in mind, this is also going to be an excellent opportunity for a local entrepreneur to get to interact with other businesspeople as well. Smithtown has several local printing companies that would be more than happy to do the business card printing.

The Smithtown Chamber of Commerce website asks that those who have an interest in this event contact the office to learn more.
