Rockville Centre event to provide a summer camp preview

January 22, 2018 by

Rockville Centre families who are making plans for the summer may wish to check out an event that has been planned for their local area.

Rolling River has organized an afternoon function where parents and children can find out more about what attending camp is like. It will offer activities for adults and kids alike, and help them to decide if it is an option that will be a good fit for them.

While the parents and caregivers participate in a session that will equip them with information about the facility, the younger guests will be able to enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, time on the playground, playing Wii sports, and performing gymnastics. Camp staff will be on hand to ensure that the children are well supervised.

Representatives of Rolling River will be on site to help any interested families to register for camp this summer and answer any questions they might have. Those who do so will receive a free gift. A printer will be able to craft an assortment of branded T-shirts and other ad specialties that can be given out during an event like this.

This sneak peek into Rolling River Day Camps 2018 offerings will be held in East Rockaway on February 10. More information about the day can be found on its Patch event listing.
