Rockville Center kids invited to day of Easter fun

February 23, 2018 by

The Easter Bunny will soon be hopping through Rockville Center, and local kids are invited to search for the treats he has hidden in the orchard at the Queens County Farm Museum.

Egg hunts will be going on throughout the day during the event, and those who attend the occasion will be able to have their faces painted. Whiskers the Bunny will be on hand to greet the children, and they can have their pictures taken with him too. There will also be traditional egg rolling and egg tossing games, and the whole family can enjoy a hayride and meet the resident barnyard animals. Food will be available for purchase, and there will be other activities as well.

Admission to the egg hunt is by ticket only, and these must be purchased ahead of time. Those who plan on coming to the farm are asked to leave their pets at home, and the restrooms and farm grounds are accessible by those who require a wheelchair for mobility. Banner printing and other services for a festive occasion like this can be provided by a printer in the area.

This Easter egg hunt will be taking place on March 31, and it will begin at 11:00 am. Tickets to take part in the activity, along with more information, can be found on its event listing.
