The Rochester Business Alliance is embracing technology even further with the introduction of online networking options.

As this chamber explains it:

“Networking continues to be one of the main reasons members join the Rochester Business Alliance. We strive to offer as many opportunities as possible for our members to connect with one another. With the rapidly growing online networking market, RBA is developing networking communities to bring members of the business community (like yourself) together.”

With digital business cards and social media being a relatively new ways to promote a company, the Rochester Business Alliance has made it possible for businesses to learn within the framework of the chamber.

Using a combination of online groups and connections that allow business owners to interact with one another and stay up-to-date on the Rochester Business Alliance’s latest news, there are plenty of options available here.

Beginning with Twitter, the Business Alliance proudly announces that it has more than 900 followers. Whether hoping to get nearly instant updates or looking to see how social media works up close, this is one of the most reliable ways to do so.

Beyond Twitter, however, there’s also a LinkedIn group with more than 700 members to consider. Allowing Rochester professionals to network and discuss topics whenever it suits them, this is a well-established and supportive online community.

All this is without mentioning the great information available at the chamber’s Facebook and Youtube accounts. In any case, it’s interesting to see that the Rochester Business Alliance isn’t limiting its members to business card printing and offline events.
